You are very mistaken about John that is JOHN Denver. He was not on Dobie Gillis or Gilligans Island!!! That was Bob that is BOB Denver!!!!!
Get it right. You religious freaks never research anything before you go out and splash your mouths off of something you know nothing about!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You also need to know that JOHN Denver was in the 1977 film "OH GOD!" with George Burns. You make no mention of that.

Dear Mr. or Mrs. Fisher,
You are correct, and not only did John Denver have a brief success as a singer in the mid 1970's, he was also very popular as "Bob" Denver in the Gilligan's Island reruns which I still enjoy from time to time.
Unfortunately, I have researched this carefully, looking at Bob Denver's bio, fan club, and official website, and have found no record of this film. I believe that he was still enjoying too much success in 1977 as a singer to involve himself with television work anyway. Thanks just the same.
