ROY STOREY'S SPORTS LINE
Sports commentator ROY STOREY, whose unique on-air persona won him
major market gigs in San Francisco, San Diego, and Los Angeles where he
worked as a play-by-play announcer for the LA Kings Hockey Team, was on
top of the world in the early 1970's.
Roy's luck soon ran out though, and a decade later, unable to get
work, he bought airtime from Schofield Broadcasting of Concord,
California to premiere his new brand of sports-talk radio. Roy's show
became an instant classic, as his career screeched to a halt in front
of a potential audience of a dozen or more. Exclusive and frightening.
